1. Plan anddeliver classroom instruction: PGT teachers are responsible forcreating lesson plans and delivering instruction in their subjectarea. This may include preparing and presenting lecturesfacilitating class discussions and designing and gradingassignments.
   
2. Assessstudent progress: PGT teachers must monitor student progress andprovide feedback on their performance. This may involveadministering tests and quizzes grading assignments and projectsand maintaining accurate records of student grades andattendance.
   
3. Manageclassroom behavior: PGT teachers are responsible for maintaining apositive learning environment in the classroom. This may involveestablishing and enforcing rules for behavior managing studentconflicts and working with students who require extrasupport.
   
4. Communicatewith parents and administrators: PGT teachers must communicateregularly with parents and school administrators to provide updateson student progress and address any concerns orissues.
   
5. Participatein professional development: PGT teachers are expected to engage inongoing professional development to stay uptodate with the latestteaching methods andtechnology.
   
6. Performother duties as assigned: PGT teachers may be responsible for otherduties as assigned by the school such as participating in schoolcommittees attending faculty meetings and serving as a mentor tonewteachers.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans covering variousaspects of ENGLISH Utilize a relevant technology to enhanceteaching and learning experiences. Create a supportive andinclusive learning environment to help students grasp complexaccountancy concepts effectively. Foster critical thinking andproblem-solving skills through practical applications and casestudies. Provide guidance and support to students in preparing forenglish examinations and assessments. Collaborate with colleaguesto align instructional strategies and assessments with curriculumstandards and educational objectives.
