Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of software releases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and customer support teams to define release scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop plans, schedules, and monitor release progress using tools like Jira.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with release goals, prioritize tasks, and track progress using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination and resolution of dependencies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to enhance project release efficiency.
• Serve as a point of contact for release-related queries, escalations, and stakeholder communications, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering software releases and projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, Agile frameworks, and software development processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in all aspects of Jira
