    You will be part of the HR Team as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales/ Commercial), helping the organization grow by connecting, attracting, and selecting talented individuals in sales, marketing, and business roles. Your role extends beyond recruitment, ensuring a seamless onboarding process to set our future colleagues up for success.

    Location: Noida (WFO)

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Working as an experienced TA Specialist (Sales/ Commercial/ Marketing) and building a robust funnel with accurate screening, collaborating with Business teams to understand our needs.
    • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies through portals, networks, job boards, and partners.
    • Conducting thorough CV screenings, coordinating with Hiring Managers, and executing end-to-end processes for mandate closure.
    • Maintaining trackers, dashboards, and deriving insights from data.
    • Evolving to lead a part of our TA team.

    We expect the following profile:

    • 5+ years of solid recruiting experience in corporate/sales/business roles in fast-paced/tech companies.
    • Smart sourcing, good communication, and deep understanding of the Recruiting process.
    • Hands-on experience in ATS, Portals, and candidate data handling/Trackers skills.
    • Familiarity with web 3.0, AI/ML, and bootstrapped start-ups will be beneficial.
    • Masters in HR/MBA HR is preferred.
