- Diploma/Degree in a School of Art
- 6-12 months experience in a design house or advertising agency
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Ability to create visuals based on provided copy
- Design layouts to professional standards
- Strong communication skills in English
- Understanding of target audience and campaign concepts
- Ability to generate ideas for campaigns and various communication mediums
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborate with copywriters
- Create illustrations, photo manipulations, typographic layouts, and unique illustrative styles
- Design mockups, presentations, and client PPTs
- Work on projects such as identity design, brand personality, brand language, communication tone, social media plans, website UI, and print media (stationery, brochures, advertisements) for different clients.
