Core Responsibilities

-Implement MES solution for manufacturing and inspection packaging -Provide Manufacturing Equipment specification software modules -Work with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements

-Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and vendors on configuration/development of system components

-The MBR designer is responsible for revising and designing new electronic batch records and troubleshooting EBR issue

Expected to understand the nuances of the highly complicated electronic system. -The MBR designer works with client groups (Process Engineers, Operations, Quality) to determine design changes and improvement opportunities within the scope of electronic batch records and leads the team to prioritize and implement said improvements.

-The MBR designer leads and participates in project teams and works within the team to standardize business processes.

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical preferred)

-3-5 years of experience as an MBR designer or an MES Business Analyst

-Must have industry hands-on experience implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (PAS-X)

-Strong knowledge in the design, configuration, and testing of MES applications

-Working experience in trouble shooting production support issues

-Strong knowledge of 21CFR 11 requirements

-Minimum of 3-5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry & GMP experience.

-Excellent communication skills & fluent in English (written & Spoken)
