Overview:

The Cad CamOperator plays a crucial role in our organization as they areresponsible for utilizing computeraided design and computeraidedmanufacturing software to create and modify detailed drawings anddesigns for our production processes. Their work directly impactsthe efficiency and accuracy of our manufacturingoperations.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Create and modifydetailed mechanical electrical and architectural drawings using CADsoftware.
• Generate CNC programs using CAMsoftware for machining operations.
• Collaboratewith engineers and other stakeholders to understand designrequirements and specifications.
• Reviewblueprints sketches and other design inputs to ensure accuracy andcompleteness.
• Optimize designs formanufacturability andcosteffectiveness.
• Perform quality checks ondesigns and make necessaryadjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve designand programming issues to ensure smooth productionprocesses.
• Maintain documentation and recordsof all design and programmingactivities.
• Adhere to safety and qualitystandards in all design and programmingtasks.
• Stay updated with industry trends andadvancements in CAD/CAMtechnologies.

RequiredQualifications:

• Proven experience asa CAD Cam Operator or similar role.
• Proficiencyin CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD SolidWorks) and CAM software (e.g.Mastercam).
• Understanding of machiningprocesses and principles.
• Ability to interpretand create technical drawings andblueprints.
• Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills.
• Knowledge of CNC programmingand operations.
• Familiarity with geometricdimensioning and tolerancing(GD&T).
• Excellent attention to detailand accuracy in design and programmingtasks.
• Good communication and teamworkabilities.
• Associate degree or certification inmechanical engineering computeraided design or a relatedfield.
