    Description

    We are looking for an outgoing person with a passion for hospitality, delivering outstanding service and operational excellence, and a love for the wilderness, to lead our team as Resort Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality, or at least 3 years of leadership experience in HR, Client Servicing, or Marketing. A graduate degree is required.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee day-to-day operations of our hospitality services, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to brand standards.

    Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.

    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

    Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies that drive revenue and brand awareness.

    Maintain a keen eye for detail and operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

    Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment, proactively addressing challenges and driving positive change.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in F&B or hospitality or a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in HR, Client Servicing, or Marketing.

    Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong attention to detail and operational knowledge.

    Proven leadership ability with a focus on team building and development.

    Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively.

    Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for F&B and hospitality.

    Proficient in English.
