    Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to oversee the sales and marketing activities for a residential block of 10 flats. The successful candidate will have prior experience working with mid-sized builders and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Management: Drive the sales of 10 flats in a block, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase revenue.
    • Broker Management: Enroll and maintain relationships with brokers to expand sales channels and build a network of trusted partners.
    • Government Liaison: Liaise with government authorities to ensure smooth property registration processes and minimize any potential delays.
    • Financial Partnerships: Coordinate with financial institutions to assist buyers with home loan options, providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
    • Marketing Strategy: Lead and implement marketing activities through online platforms, social media, and property portals, developing and executing campaigns to promote the properties effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience working with mid-sized builders.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate market.

    Preferred Location: Candidates from Mandivala, Bommanahalli, and NICE Road areas are preferred.
