    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of artificial intelligence systems that enhance our capabilities in managing a contingent workforce. This strategic role involves designing AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiencies, optimize workforce allocation, and innovate the talent acquisition process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • AI Implementation: Design and oversee the deployment of AI systems that enhance workforce management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Solution Development: Lead the creation of bespoke AI solutions for contingent workforce management, such as predictive analytics for workforce planning and AI-powered recruitment tools.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and operations teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
    • and Research: Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, exploring new tools and methodologies that can benefit the company.
    • Management and Analytics: Ensure the integrity and accessibility of data used in AI models, and leverage analytics to inform strategic decisions.
    • Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    • or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
    • experience (12+ years) as an AI Architect or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful AI projects.
    • understanding of AI, machine learning algorithms, and their applications in workforce management.
    • in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI development tools and frameworks.
