Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop original visual narratives that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual treatments that effectively communicate the story's essence and direction.
• Produce high-quality visual assets, including photography, illustrations, animations, and video content, utilizing industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated visual storytelling experience across various touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in visual storytelling, design, and multimedia production.
• Analyze and interpret data and user feedback to continuously improve and refine the visual storytelling approach.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as visual communication, multimedia design, or a related creative discipline.
• Proven experience in visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and technical skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools for photography, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in multimedia and interactive storytelling is a plus.
