    Job Title: Senior Associate, Groupe Talent Systems & Services (Sr Associate, HR Systems & Reporting)Publicis ReSources IndiaLocation: India Description – Duties & Responsibilities
    •Act as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) function and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.
    •Works with all levels of HR in understanding and gathering system and reporting requirements.
    •Responsible for production support, requirements gathering, documentation, system configuration, analysis, data validation and user acceptance testing of various HRIS systems.
    •Provide day to day support, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues to provide prompt remediation.
    •Respond to data inquiries from various groups within the organization.
    •Create and publish regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc reports as needed.
    •Document reporting requirements and process and validate data components as required.
    •Assists HR team with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems.
    •Participates in IT Status meetings for identification and resolution of issues and consideration and evaluation of potential system enhancements and upgrades.
    •Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
    •Work with HR teams to performs tests to ensure all processes work according to the pre-determined goals identified.
    •Create and execute regular data audits to identify, prevent and correct discrepancies.
    •Research, troubleshoot and escalate data issues as appropriate.
    •Identification and implementation of data controls and validations.
    •Other daily operational work as required – maintain trackers, update Jira status, preparing release mail, performing access audit etc. Qualifications
    •Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources.
    •5 to 6 (for Sr Associate) years of experience in HR working with HR systems – analysis, system enhancements, configuration, user testing etc. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
    •Strong HR business process knowledge throughout various HR functions
    •Strong analytical/problem solving skills
    •Previous experience with SAP Successfactors Employee Central and Qualtrics preferred
    •Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
    •Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
    •Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
    •Strong attention to detail
