Ensure timely execution of agreements and make arrangements for any financial assistance through home loan and issuance of documents. Ensure timely execution of booking forms, NOC, Sale Agreements, etc.

Ensure office copy signed by both parties and filed properly.

Keep records of customer interactions, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Meet targets and call handling quotas.
