As a Banquet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and maximizing profitability for our banquet and event services.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Work closely with clients to develop event proposals, timelines, and floor plans.
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
b. Proven experience in banquet sales, event planning, or hospitality sales (preferred), with a track record of achieving sales targets.
c. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
d. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
e. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
f. Certification in Event Management or Hospitality Sales (desired, but not required).
