As part of our comprehensive training program, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Aptitude Trainer to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Design and deliver aptitude training sessions to enhance students' problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
    2. Develop training modules and materials covering various aptitude topics such as quantitative aptitude, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, and data interpretation.
    3. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate students' aptitude levels and track their progress.
    4. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their aptitude skills.
    5. Collaborate with faculty members to integrate aptitude training into the curriculum and support students' overall academic development.
    6. Organize mock aptitude tests and practice sessions to familiarize students with the format and structure of competitive exams.
    7. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in aptitude training and incorporate innovative teaching methods into training programs.
    8. Mentor and motivate students to overcome challenges and excel in aptitude tests and competitive exams.
    9. Liaise with placement cell to align aptitude training with industry requirements and job placement opportunities.
    10. Maintain records of training sessions, student performance, and feedback for continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Proven experience as an aptitude trainer or similar role, preferably in an educational or training institution.
    3. Strong understanding of aptitude testing methodologies and concepts.
    4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    5. Ability to engage and inspire students through interactive and dynamic training sessions.
    6. Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse groups of students.
    7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and aptitude testing software/tools.
    8. Certification in aptitude training or teaching is a plus.
    9. Passion for education and commitment to student success.
    10. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
