    Job Responsibilities :

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics aligning with organizational goals. Identifying new sales leads.
    • Collaborating with various colleges to help students guide and enroll in the courses.
    • Strong communication to present in front of clients through presentations increasing business growth.
    • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs.
    • Identifying new sales leads
    • Pitching products and/or services to potential trainees
    • Maintaining fruitful relationships with the existing line of trainees & customers
    • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
    • Contacting potential clients/trainees via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
    • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
    • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
    • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
    • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products
    • Developing quotes and proposals
    • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
    • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill

    Ideal Persona :

    • Min 2 Years of experience in Sales Team management
    • Experience in top-line and bottom-line funnel management
    • Good in communication and confident
    • Ed-tech experience mandates Good Google sheet Skills
