    Description

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Close/Convert leads for online/offline educational programs, including design thinking, storytelling, behavioral design, and agility programs.

    Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and HDI Team.

    Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our program offerings and target audience.

    Maintain and manage the lead database to track progress and optimize outreach efforts.

    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

    Provide regular updates on sales performance and contribute to forecasting efforts.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    3-4 years of proven experience in educational/coaching high ticket program sales

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.
