    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Medical Coder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming healthcare diagnoses, procedures, and medical services into universal medical alphanumeric codes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Reading documentation to understand patient diagnoses
    • Assigning standard codes to clinical statements
    • Reviewing and coding medical records with high accuracy

    Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience in healthcare BPO or university degree with 3+ years of formal studies in life science or related field
    • Good knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
    • Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly Windows PC software

    Work Schedule:

    Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, with flexibility to accommodate overtime and weekend work as business requirements dictate.
