- Conduct business process analysis to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities.

- Testing and Validation:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the developed solution meets functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with testers to identify and resolve defects.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define robust test scenarios and coordinate UAT efforts with business users to ensure solution adequacy.
- Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users after system implementation.
- B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA / MSc (CS) / MBA in IT
- Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or technical consultant in technology-centric environments.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a capacity for critical and innovative thinking.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficient understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools, requirements management tools, and project management software.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools is advantageous.
