As a Technical Business Analyst, you are a pivotal link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless alignment of business objectives with technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Elicit and Document Requirements:

• Conduct business process analysis to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and technically feasible specifications.
• Utilize requirements management tools to document, track, and maintain requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Solution Design and Development:
• Participate in solution design sessions, considering technical feasibility, cost, and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the solution aligns with requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and document system architecture diagrams and user flow models.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and their potential application to business needs.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Bridge the communication gap between business and technical teams by effectively translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to developers.
• Facilitate clear and concise communication across all project stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the developed solution meets functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with testers to identify and resolve defects.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define robust test scenarios and coordinate UAT efforts with business users to ensure solution adequacy.
• Training and Support:
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users after system implementation.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech (CS/IT) / MCA / MSc (CS) / MBA in IT
• Demonstrated experience as a business analyst or technical consultant in technology-centric environments.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a capacity for critical and innovative thinking.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Proficient understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools, requirements management tools, and project management software.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools is advantageous.

Relevant certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous but not mandatory.
