    Lead - Internal Audit

    Job Overview:

  • The selected candidate will be instrumental in supporting Zeta's Sarbanes-Oxley (S-Ox) compliance initiatives. They will collaborate proactively with key stakeholders and process owners to ensure the effective execution of the S-Ox strategy.
  • Drive innovation and enhance the internal control framework within the company's financial reporting and control systems.
  • Proactively identify, coordinate, and implement strategic initiatives within the department to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the S-Ox function.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess existing financial reporting controls and categorize them as S-Ox key and non-key controls.
  • Draft and refine the language for new controls necessary for S-Ox compliance, ensuring alignment with process owners and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct process walkthroughs and Test of Design for S-Ox controls.
  • Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to review observations and recommend improvement actions.
  • Develop a testing strategy for Operating Effectiveness (OE) testing.
  • Execute OE testing and discuss findings with the reporting manager and process owners/stakeholders, suggesting corrective actions as needed.
  • Engage with process owners and key stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and ensure effective implementation.
  • Prepare regular S-Ox updates for Senior Leadership and/or the Audit Committee.
  • Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key parameters centrally.
  • Foster relationships across all levels of management to ensure successful collaboration throughout the business.

    • Required Skills:

  • Strong grasp of business concepts along with analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Capable of managing assignments independently while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Proficient in planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple tasks within set timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey points effectively.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
  • Adept at conflict management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively execute tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement sustainable solutions.

    • Qualifications:

    Candidates should hold a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in S-Ox controls. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a multinational corporate environment.
