- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the technical team, understanding customer requirements and translating them into viable technical solutions.

- Assist in post-project activities, such as customer training, documentation, and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the solution engineering and project management field.
