    Requirements

    • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
    • Stay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction.
    • Collaborate with local payroll teams, external service providers, and HR teams for seamless payroll delivery.
    • Review and validate employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions for accuracy and compliance.
    • Handle payroll data integrity and maintain employee records in line with data protection regulations.
    • Implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security.
    • Coordinate year-end payroll processes, tax reporting, statements, and compliance filings for each country.
    • Manage complex payroll scenarios like international assignments, expatriate payroll, and cross-border payments.
    • Enhance payroll systems, upgrades, and integrations for efficiency and accuracy.
    • Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and address any payroll-related issues.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and global payroll management trends.
    • Offer guidance to HR, finance, and tax teams on payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
    • Provide payroll training programs to promote awareness and understanding of policies and procedures.
