    Define andmaintain the overall Salesforce/Symphony architecture roadmapensuring alignment with business goals and industry bestpractices.

    TeamManagement:

    Manage andmentor a team of 20 Salesforce developers QA professionals andDatabase Administrators (DBAs) providing guidance support andprofessional developmentopportunities.

    Foster acollaborative and highperformance team culture focused ondelivering highquality Salesforcesolutions.

    Solution Design andDevelopment:

    Lead the designand development of scalable and sustainable Salesforce/Symphonysolutions leveraging platform capabilities and bestpractices.

    Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather requirements design solutionsand deliver customized Salesforce applications andintegrations.

    TechnicalLeadership:

    Serve as thesubject matter expert on Salesforce architecture providingtechnical guidance and expertise to the development team andstakeholders.

    Stay updated onSalesforce platform updates features and best practices and assesstheir potential impact on existing and futuresolutions.

    Governance andCompliance:

    Establish andenforce Salesforce governance policies and best practices to ensuredata integrity security and compliance with regulatoryrequirements.

    Monitor andevaluate Salesforce/Symphony usage and performance metricsidentifying areas for optimization andimprovement.

    StakeholderManagement:

    VendorManagement:
