We areseeking an experienced and motivated Frontend Tech Lead to join ourdynamic development team. The idealcandidate will be a handson leader with expertise in ReactJS NextJSand CapacitorJS.

As a Tech Lead you willplay a key role in leading and mentoring the frontend developmentteam driving technical excellence andcontributing to the overall success of ourprojects.

Qualifications:
Provenexperience as a Tech Lead or Senior FrontendDeveloper.
Strong proficiency in ReactJSNextJS and CapacitorJS.Experience with statemanagement libraries (e.g. Redux) and RESTful APIintegration.
Excellent understanding offrontend build tools and package managers (e.g. Webpacknpm).Familiarity with responsive designprinciples and mobilefirst development.


Education andExperience:
Bachelor s degree in ComputerScience Engineering or a relatedfield.
Minimum of 8 years of handsonexperience in frontend development with a focus on ReactJS andrelated technologies.


PreferredSkills:
Experience with native mobile appdevelopment using CapacitorJS or similartechnologies.
Knowledge of DynamoDB and othermodern frontend technologies.
Familiaritywith CI/CD pipelines and automatedtesting.

Responsibilities:
TechnicalLeadership:Lead and mentor a team offrontend developers providing guidance on best practices codingstandards and architecturaldecisions.
Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including backend developers designers and product managersto ensure successful project delivery.


HandsOnDevelopment:
Contribute to the development ofcomplex frontend solutions using ReactJS NextJS andCapacitorJS.Build scalable and responsiveweb applications.
Write clean modular andmaintainable code to meet projectrequirements.
Collaborate with UX/UIdesigners to implement visually appealing and userfriendlyinterfaces.


Architecture andDesign:
Drive the architectural design andimplementation of scalable and efficient frontendsystems.
Collaborate with the architectureteam to ensure alignment with overall projectarchitecture.


CodeReview and Quality Assurance:
Conduct regularcode reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence tocoding standards.
Implement and enforce bestpractices for testing code quality and performanceoptimization.

Innovationand Technology Trends:
Stay informed aboutthe latest frontend technologies tools andtrends.
Introduce innovative solutions andtechnologies to enhance the overall frontend developmentprocess.


Collaboration andCommunication:
Foster a collaborative andpositive team environment through effective communication andknowledge sharing.
Communicate technicalconcepts and decisions to nontechnicalstakeholders.
