    Description

    1) Executive Support:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
    • Manage and prioritize the CEO's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
    • Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.

    2) Communication:

    • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with team members, ensuring seamless information flow.

    3) Vendor Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements, seeking cost-effective solutions.

    4) Organization and Coordination:

    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

    5) Proactive Problem Solving:

    • Anticipate challenges and proactively address them before they become issues.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems efficiently.

    6) Networking:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
    • Represent the CEO at events, fostering a positive company image.

    Requirements

    • Sharp, smart, and highly active with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Punctual and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Female candidates are preferred.
    • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
