Experience Required : 2+ Years of experience from BFSI.

Qualification – Graduation/Post graduation - Civil Engineer

Job Responsibilities -

Handling admin related day to day activities.
Monitoring of ongoing infra projects.
Handling & execute all local infra projects.
To ensure complete manpower related to Caretakers and security on daily basis for his respective branches.
To ensure hygiene standards at branches.
To carry out repair and maintenance at branches. (Upton certain limit).
To ensure availability of Drinking and portable water at branches.
Follow-up with AMC vendors for daily complaints.
To ensure Log Book and register maintenance
To track refilling of fire Extinguishers.
Agreement closures
Monitoring of ongoing infra projects.
Incident Reporting
