    Key responsibilities of the role are:

    • Support in Development of a high impact trade marketing plan to achieve defined business objectives across existing & new product launches
    • Formulate promotions and engagement activities in line with budget & brand guidelines
    • Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales
    • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all investments and initiatives, ensuring growth and high ROI
    • Enable field sales team and channel partners to execute programs to deliver superior outputs
    • Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve effectiveness and impact of activities
    • Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the bestinclass strategies

    Key attributes:

    • Postgraduation with specialization in sales/marketing
    years of work experience in consumer goods industry


    • Experience in Trade Marketing, GTM/RTM strategy is a must
    • Some exposure to Bangalore / South of India is desirable
    • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
    • Ability to work with cross functional teams and good at stakeholder management
    • Willingness to travel and work with TT & MT teams across India
    • Should be able to work in all budget scenario's
    • Should have high operational acumen
    • Team handling ability
