    We are looking for a proven, high energy, results oriented Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, where you will be a key advisor for our clients, analyzing business requirements to design and implement ideal security solutions for their needs. As an established Solutions Architect, you will span operational, tactical, and strategic levels as well as tasks that tackle difficult problems that businesses are facing when building out and improving their security posture. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your strong solutioning & architecting skills across the cybersecurity spectrum.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Develop a complete understanding of a company's technology and information systems to arrive at a cybersecurity solution based on problem statement of the client
    • Ensure the architecture and services complies with relevant cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and certifications
    • Develop and document security architecture blueprints, guidelines, and best practices for consistent implementation across projects
    • Design, build, implement and support enterprise-class proposals that depict security solutions with meaningful outcomes
    • Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
    • Plan, research, and design robust security architectures
    • Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
    • Evaluate client needs, coordinate designs for a solution, and clearly communicate the value proposition of complex and highly technical subjects
    • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management/Board, technical teams, and key client stake holders to convey complex technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Support in sales pursuits and proposals and assist in building practice eminence
    • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
    • Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening firm's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges
    • Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization
    • Constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information
    • Establish strong client relationships to help progress the Services portfolio

    Job specifications:

    1. Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Must have a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience developing and writing technical cybersecurity solutions for complex proposals, for large complex IT systems, demonstrating a high degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.
    • 8+ years Cybersecurity experience.
    • Certifications is highly desirable –
    • One or more security certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)/Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
    • One or more cloud security certifications: Certification in Public Cloud Technology from one of the major Cloud Service Providers (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, Google Cloud Architect), or Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)/ Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) etc.

    2. Desired Skills:

    Knowledge and Experience:

    • Strong experience in cloud security, including designing and implementing security measures for cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Direct, hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of managing security infrastructure — e.g., firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPSs), web application firewalls (WAFs), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), SIEM, MDR/XDR and log management technology. Full-stack knowledge of IT infrastructure:
    1. Applications
    2. Databases
    3. Operating systems — Windows, Mac, Unix and Linux
    4. Hypervisors
    5. IP networks — WAN and LAN
    6. Storage networks — Fibre Channel, iSCSI and NAS
    7. Backup networks and media
    8. Containers/Kubernetes
    • Experience developing enterprise IT security architectures, including zero trust, which provide layered defenses against external threats/advanced persistent threats and insider threats.
    • Ability to function as an enterprise security subject matter expert who can explain complex topics to those without a technical background
    • Utilizing emerging technologies to design and implement security solutions; monitoring and improving those solutions
    • Consulting and engineering in the design and development of security best practices; implementation of security measures to meet business goals, customer needs and regulatory requirements
    • Identity and access management; tracking and creating/enforcing policies that govern access sensitive technology resources and information assets
    • In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
    • Knowledge of common pen test and application security tools, such as Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Web Inspect, Network Mapper (NMAP), Nessus and others
    • Understanding of OWASP, the MITRE Attack framework, Cyber Kill Chain and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Experience in client management
    • Ability to research and develop new security risk-based offerings
    • Ability to lead and shape client expectations
