    Description

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Implementing and maintaining HRMS effectively.
    • Manage (MIS) for insightful, data-driven decision-making.
    • Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
    • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits offerings.
    • Manage employee salary reviews, bonus distributions, and incentive programs.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders for accurate and timely processing of payroll and related activities.
    • Possess thorough knowledge of payroll compliances such as; PF, EESIC, Gratuity, Bonus.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CCP) preferred.
    • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills, and data analysis tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
    • Capable to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Mature outlook with the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
