- Implementing and maintaining HRMS effectively.
- Manage (MIS) for insightful, data-driven decision-making.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational objectives and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits offerings.
- Manage employee salary reviews, bonus distributions, and incentive programs.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for accurate and timely processing of payroll and related activities.
- Possess thorough knowledge of payroll compliances such as; PF, EESIC, Gratuity, Bonus.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CCP) preferred.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Capable to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Mature outlook with the capability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
