    Description

    Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Lead with a robust background in RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quotation), and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes, bid management, business development, and sales support. With 15 to 20 years of experience in a fast-paced and competitive environment, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our pre-sales efforts, ensuring the delivery of compelling bids and proposals that align with our client's needs and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • and coordinate the preparation of RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all submissions are high quality, competitive, and timely.
    • the bid management process, from opportunity identification through to proposal submission, ensuring adherence to all bid guidelines and requirements.
    • closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to gather necessary information and align proposal strategies with client needs and company objectives.
    • and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to enhance proposal effectiveness.
    • strategic leadership in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
    • the sales team with expert knowledge, presentations, and documentation during the negotiation and closing phases of sales.

    Qualifications:

    • minimum of 15-20 years of experience in a pre-sales role, with a proven track record in managing RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes, and bid management.
