    Overview:

    TheInternational Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role is crucialfor our organizations global operations. The BPO team serves as aprimary point of contact for international clients ensuringseamless communication and exceptional servicedelivery.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handle inbound andoutbound international calls
    • Address customerinquiries and provide information aboutproducts/services
    • Meet or exceed customerservice and productivity goals
    • Coordinate withinternal teams to resolve customerissues
    • Utilize multiple systems and toolssimultaneously to efficiently assistcustomers
    • Adhere to international compliancestandards and regulations
    • Participate intraining to stay updated on product knowledge andprocesses
    • Manage and update customerinformation in the database
    • Collaborate withteam members to achieve collectiveobjectives
    • Contribute to process improvementinitiatives
    • Adapt to different time zones forcustomer support
    • Handle escalated issues andprovide appropriate solutions
    • Ensure customersatisfaction through effectivecommunication
    • Follow company policies andprocedures at all times
    • Provide feedback toimprove customer experience and servicedelivery

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Communications or related field
    • Provenexperience in an international call center or BPOenvironment
    • Fluency in English and at least oneother international language
    • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills
    • Abilityto multitask and prioritize in a fastpacedenvironment
    • Problemsolving skills and theability to remain calm under pressure
    • Customerserviceoriented mindset with a focus on customersatisfaction
    • Team player with the ability tocollaborate effectively with diverseteams
    • Proficiency in using customer servicesoftware and CRM systems
    • Understanding ofinternational compliance standards andregulations
    • Flexibility to work in shifts andadapt to different time zones
    • Excellentlistening skills and the ability to empathize withcustomers
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement capabilities
    • Attention to detail andaccuracy in data entry anddocumentation
    • Willingness to continuously learnand adapt to new processes andtechnologies
