    Job Overview

    SolidEdge Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned geographical area. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range and great career growth opportunities.The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry ,laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the PVC edge band tapes industry, laminate industry, plywood industry, particle board industry and hot melt glue industry only.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • know local language
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
    • Identify and target potential customers and markets within the assigned area
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
    • Negotiate and close sales deals
    • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
    • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and customer requirements
