    The SP/SW Manager organizes the SP/SW-related aspects and associated work products for specific projects. This role acts as the interface to the project teams and customer for all SP/SW aspects. The SP/SW Manager informs the Project Manager about the current progress of the SP-related activities and work products under his/her responsibility. The Project SP/SW Manager escalates unresolved SP/SW risks within the project to the Project Manager and BU Manager. This role also ensures that SP/SW concepts are chosen and implemented according to the industry standards and state of the art

    Role : SW Project Manager

    Responsibilities:

    Plans and tracks all software deliveries and related activities together with the SW core team members according to customer/internal milestones, required scope and quality (incl. 3rd party software components).

    Manages and drives the software team to achieve the project goals in terms of scope, timing and quality.

    Assures that the SW or SP project is run according to the valid development processes (Stages, ASPICE, ISO26262, ISO21434,UNECE)

    Leads software relevant requirements engineering from initial analysis through test execution.

    Leads overall software relevant issue resolution covering planning, monitoring, driving closure and ensuring successful on time execution.

    Monitors and reports status within the project team and towards SW Line Management. Drives on time execution of the SW project.

    Plans and performs SW releases and SW milestones including all necessary activities, release documentation and reviews required for final release approval by the SW Release Director.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor - Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
    • Project Management Experience preferably in HMI Domain (Or in Automotive Domain. Please don't consider non-Automotive Domain)
    • Extensive knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle

    Experience in working with Jira and SAFE Agile.

    Configuration Management Plan (CMP) – PTC integrity client, Clearcase, PTC (IMS)

    Experience with Project Planning / Scheduling tools like Microsoft Project Planning

    Experience in handling the OEM customers

    • Basic Knowledge in communication protocols like CAN, Flexray, Ethernet, etc.

    Basic Knowledge in Autosar and Cybersecurity Architecture

    Good knowledge on Continuous Integration, GIT, GitHub, JIRA

    • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio).
    • Familiarity with requirements analysis tools such as DOORS is highly desirable.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Should support the team technically
    • Proficient communication skills.
