    Role & responsibilities

    • Plan menus ensuring variety, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Supervise kitchen helpers and allocate duties.
    • Monitor inventory, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
    • Ensure timely service of meals as per hospital schedule.

    Preferred candidate profile

    • Strong knowledge of cooking and nutrition for special diets.
