    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO & Founder, providing insights and support on key business decisions and policy setting.
    • Coordinate and streamline executive communication, ensuring clarity and consistency across all departments..
    • Represent the CEO & Founder in important meetings, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
    • Monitor industry developments and update the leadership team on relevant trends and opportunities.
    • Drive initiatives to promote a positive and productive culture within the organization.
    • Collaborate with various department heads to ensure cohesive and efficient organizational management.
    • Develop and implement operational best practices throughout the organization

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
    • Proven experience of 2-4 years in a strategic role within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
