Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Site Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Project Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects at the site in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in project site engineering.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Site Engineer, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to interpret and understand project plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to interpret project plans and specifications
• Supervise construction activities and monitor progress at the project site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate documentation of site activities
• Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential risks and hazards
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures at the project site
• Monitor and control project costs, including materials and labor expenses
