    DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES1. Tocontribute to the best of your ability to the production of fooditems.2. To be familiar with the menu of theday and know your responsibilities inaccordancewith themenu.3. To ensure all dishes are prepared ina timely fashion and to the appropriateagreedHACCPstandard.4. To ensure excellent food hygienepractice is observed in the department forstoragethrough to preparation anddelivery.5. To ensure HACCP compliancewithin the Kitchen and all food preparation areasviz;HACCP monitoring and recording should bedone (CCP).6. To avoid unnecessary wastagesby observing proper control methods.7. Toensure the kitchen equipment is in working order; report anymaintenance issues toCDP /Chefs.8. To ensure highest level of safetyprocedures is followed in the section /department.9. Must have the ability tomultitask in fastpaced environment.10.Perform other duties as assigned by the Commis II / CDP / JuniorSous Chef / SousChef / Executive SousChef.
