Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for achieving business targets and acquiring new customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve set business targets on ANP and case count
• Acquire new customers through leads, natural market, references, and orphan base
• Fix meetings with prospects to conduct need analysis and explain products
• Implement and adhere to the Need Based Selling Model
• Upsell and cross-sell the orphan base of customers allocated
• Ensure timely issuance of policies by resolving pending issues
• Render prompt post-sales service to all allocated customers
• Maintain the desired persistency ratio
• Strategize and interact closely with supervisors on delivering business numbers
• Work collectively with supervisors and conduct joint sales calls when required
• Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Candidate with 1-5 years of field sales experience in any industry; insurance/BFSI experience is an added advantage
• Candidate must be under 40 years of age
• Graduate educational qualification
