    Description

    Main Purpose:

    The individual will be a part of an exceptional business partner team and work with global leaders in a dynamic and high growth business environment and support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner and support organizational design, organizational development including succession strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and change management processes.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address critical organizational and people issues.
  • Partner with leaders to develop and track key talent and ensure experience-based development and retention.
  • Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues.
  • Deliver Employee Experience programs to the business, including Engagement Survey, Leadership Developments Programs, Annual Rewards, Workforce Planning
  • Harvest robust influential associations across the senior management teams in order to deliver a value-added, commercial HR solution in line with the overall people & business strategy.
  • Work in partnership with the leadership teams in the development and improvement of colleague, team and function performance in line with the HR priorities and the business change agenda
  • Coach and challenge business leaders on all aspects of people strategy and HR related issues to raise the bar on performance across the function and a highly engaged workforce, translate strategy in workable processes & initiatives that deliver against the priorities, align and leverage interventions like Culture, Talent & Colleague on-boarding experience.
  • Drive business engagement and implementation across all areas of the HR agenda, spearhead all HR initiatives & change projects ensuring key stakeholder management locally & globally.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of India HR Strategy and give productive feedback to the HR Head on business expectations and impact of HR interventions and policies.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    Experience

  • 7+ years of Business Partner experience, partnering directly with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization
  • Exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
  • Functional experience and demonstrated success in OD/OE concepts and practices
  • Strong background in consulting skills in addition to proven business acumen
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to take sizable problems and break them into small manageable pieces
  • Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving skills is a must
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met
  • Clearly demonstrated aptitude in leading in a global, matrixed organization
  • Skills:

  • Must be organized, detail and process oriented
  • Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
  • Strong business and HR acumen, strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and high on self-initiative
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of industry best practices in talent management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
