• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
• Design and implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee productivity and engagement.
• Provide support and training to managers in conducting performance evaluations and setting goals.
• Develop and administer employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation.
• Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards.
• Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processing and budgeting.
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide HR insights and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
