Job Description:
 Maximize the occupancy for 3 co-working Center ( Sec.67, Sec.58 & at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon )
 Tenant Management / Lease Administration
 Achieve tenant satisfaction within the limits Negotiate and budget
 leasing Assist with developing the Specialty Leasing budget , business plan and establish objectives as required.
 Contacts with aggregators , brokers , IPCs
 Source and seek out prospective tenants.
 Generate new leasing Leads
 Develop and maintain relationships
 Renewals, Renegotiations, Leasing documentation
