    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to join our team at DBOT Realty Pvt. As a Senior Project Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural project management, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural project management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
    • Proven experience in architectural project management, with 7 to 10 years of experience
    • Proficient in architectural design software
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
    • Experience with residential and commercial building projects

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate architectural project activities from inception to completion
    • Develop architectural designs and provide innovative solutions to meet client requirements
    • Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to ensure project success
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
    • Manage project budgets and schedules, and ensure timely delivery
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
