    • Responsible for managing the team of Cluster Sales heads and Sales Managers
    • Responsible for achieving the input metrics of the city team and sales conversion targets
    • Managing the administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible
    • Developing and Maintaining healthy & long term relationship with Builders partners

    • Educational Qualification : MBA from a premier College

    Desired Candidate & Skills :

    • Prior team management experience
    • Strong sales background in an individual capacity
    • Attention to detail and critical problemsolving skills
    • B2C sales experience is preferred
