**Financial Planning and Analysis Expert**

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly skilled financial planning and analysis professional with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, they will have a deep understanding of financial KPIs and be able to engineer in-depth analysis and reporting to provide meaningful insights to key business leaders.

This role requires strong critical thinking skills to operate successfully in an entrepreneurial environment. The analyst will partner with global finance teams, operations, and high-level management to steer the business and monitor progress. They will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, making decisions under time constraints, and providing detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium- to long-term financial and strategic plan.
