- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
- Brand Management: Define and communicate the company's brand identity, values, and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure that marketing initiatives deliver optimal results within budgetary constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, and experience leveraging data analytics and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
