    1. ManageCRM administrative tasks to support the salesteam.

    3. Manageand oversee the companysdatabases.

    5. Attendcrucial sales trainingmeetings.
    6. Developa comprehensive understanding of all company services andproducts.
    7. Contributeto overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to emailsand handling phonequeries.
    8. Establishactive communication and engagement with sales representatives toensure prompt orderprocessing.
    9. Collaboratewith senior sales staff in weeklymeetings.
    10. Createand maintain monthend salesreports.
    11. Maintainclient relationships with the utmostprofessional.
    12. Prepareand maintain Daily Reports MIS Reports andDashboards.
    13. Managedeal registrationpolicy
    14. OEMCoordination
    15. Performall other duties and tasks asassigned


    Requirements

    • AcademicSpecifications: Graduate in any discipline/ 3 yearsdiploma in technical
    • Yearsof Experience: 0105Years
    • Training& Certification (if any): Any CRM Training andCertifications is preferred apart from soft skillstraining
    • Skills:MS Office Quote Preparations English language with goodcommunication skills Versatile email writing skillsPresentable
