As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead for our Data Consultancy Services business line.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Lead the development of innovative data solutions and services to meet evolving client needs.
• Provide thought leadership in the data consultancy space, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Client Engagement:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our expertise and capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing team of data consultants, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
• Allocate resources effectively to optimize project delivery and maximize client satisfaction.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data consultancy projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks proactively.
• Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

8+ years experience

Proven experience (3 years) in a leadership role within the data consultancy or analytics industry.

Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lead cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of data technologies, tools, and methodologies, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
