    Description

    Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent for our clients' IT staffing needs, with a focus on roles within the BFSI sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions, including software developers, systems analysts, project managers, and other technical roles, based on client requirements.
    2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
    3. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client positions.
    4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
    6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on job opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process.
    7. Collaborate closely with Account Managers and clients to understand their staffing needs, priorities, and preferences.
    8. Negotiate salary offers, benefits, and other employment terms on behalf of candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
    9. Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to better advise clients and candidates.
    10. Meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and contribution to the overall success of the recruitment team.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the BFSI sector or a related industry.
    3. Proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for IT positions.
    4. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
    5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
    6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools and platforms.
    7. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges throughout the recruitment process.
    9. Ethical conduct and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
    10. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the success of the recruitment team and organization.
