Communication with all department's payment process

Automise the payment from Systems (SAP Business One)

Build the payment and documentation (Standard on the process) with implementation.
• Timely and accurate payments to vendors

Deliverables:

On-time and Correct payment to Business Partner

Supplier reconciliation of Payment and GST reconciliation (Books and GST return data)

Good Data Management

Good email drafting skills

Various reports like ageing reports, and workings for audit purposes

Interaction with Internal and External auditors (Big Five CA firm) (Provide data on time and solve the queries)

Implementation of Internal Financial control and reporting on this on interval times.

Reporting on MSME, Non-Payment to vendors, Vendor issues, follow-up with vendors

Vendor Bill bookings & and passing entries in SAP

Preparation of budget vs. actual relating to expenses

Preparation of expense projection at the department/cost center level

Execute imprest, reimbursement, advance payments & and booking in SAP

Coordination with statutory auditors, Internal auditors, Tax auditors

Any other work as assigned from time to time by the Accounts Head

Statutory payments eg. PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, TDS, GST Payment

Daily/Weekly Invoice booking and payment of Expenses.

Bank entry and reconciliation.

Prepare a report for Daily/Weekly expenses.

Handling Imprest and reimbursements and booking in Systems.

Tracker of advance and Payable ageing

Preparation of raw data for MIS and other ad-hoc workings for audit

Skills/Experience/Competencies you need to do the job:

SAP Business One

Well-versed in MS Office

Good Communication skills

Good Knowledge of TDS and GST

Multi tasking

Salary upto Rs 2 lakh to 2.40 lakh ( Growth when we raise funds)-
