- Design conversation scripts, bot responses, and user journeys to develop consumer-facing Chatbots with distinct personality, character, and human-like interactions.
- Design and test chat conversation flows, and user journeys tailored to different bot personas.
- Employ creative thinking to conceptualize engaging conversational journeys for users interacting with the bot.
- Explore various methods for users to interact with both human and bot agents effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the Delivery team to ensure the delivery of intelligent and intuitive conversations, enhancing customer understanding.
- Develop mockups, flow, redlining, and other creative prototypes to visualize conversational designs.
- Adopt a "customer-first" mindset to design client-centric experiences across multiple channels and touchpoints to address inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Exceptional creative thinking, writing, and persona-building skills.
- Preferred 2+ years of experience in linguistic analysis, conversation design, copy editing, or similar roles in content development.
- Innovative thinker with the ability to devise creative solutions.
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, collaborating, and communicating effectively with internal resources and external vendors.
- Familiarity with chatbots, voice-enabled devices, or other conversational channels.
- Ability to understand and write JavaScript.
- Familiarity with social channels such as Slack, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Storyteller and editorial mindset with the ability to anticipate audience preferences.
