    Description


    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in data integration, data processing, and building applications that handle large-scale data in the order of Terabytes from multiple sources.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, particularly in Python, along with proficiency in AWS services and tools such as Spark (MLIB) and ML flow.

    The candidate should have a proven track record of operationalizing machine learning models and implementing features that are secure, scalable, and robust.


    Responsibilities :

    • Develop and implement algorithms and machine learning models for production environments.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate machine learning capabilities into products and applications.
    • Design and implement data processing pipelines for handling large volumes of data from various sources.
    • Work closely with data scientists to deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production.
    • Ensure that product features meet high standards of security, scalability, and reliability.
    • Take ownership of code quality, including writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and addressing bugs and performance issues.
    • Work within selforganizing Agile teams to deliver features and enhancements on schedule.
    • Document code, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.

    Mandatory Skills :

    Industrialization of Algorithms :
    Experience in productionizing machine learning models and operationalizing AI (MLOps).

    Programming Languages :
    Proficiency in Python for developing machine learning algorithms and applications.

    Cloud Platforms :
    Hands-on experience with AWS services for building and deploying scalable applications.

    Big Data Processing :
    Strong knowledge of Spark (MLIB) for processing large-scale data.

    ML Pipeline Management :
    Familiarity with tools like ML flow for managing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.


    Good to have :

    Tools :
    Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, version control systems like Bitbucket, and documentation tools like Confluence.

    AWS Security :
    Understanding of security best practices in AWS, including API Gateway and IAM.

    Design Patterns :
    Knowledge of software design patterns for building scalable and maintainable applications.
